Twenty-three former lawmakers from the ruling celebration
CPN (UML) have signed a writ petition demanding the appointment of Sher Bahadur
Deuba, president of the primary opposition celebration Nepali Congress, as the prime minister and restoration of the Home of Representatives. The writ has
been registered within the Supreme Court docket.
Chief Madhav Kumar Nepal's former lawmakers have signed.
Based on former Dadeldhura MP Niradevi Jairuka, 27 MPs had earlier opposed
